Premium Transport Tremblant | Effective September 5, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern reservations and transportation services provided by Premium Transport

Tremblant, operated by 9562-2734 Quebec Inc. (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By requesting a quote, making a reservation, paying

an invoice, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights or protections that apply under Quebec law, including applicable

consumer-protection legislation.

2. Quotes and Reservations

A quote is an estimate based on the information provided at the time of request. A reservation is confirmed only when we

expressly confirm it by email, message, booking system, or other written communication.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup and destination addresses, dates, times, passenger counts, flight

information, luggage details, and any special requirements.

3. Pricing, Taxes, and Additional Charges

Unless otherwise stated, prices are quoted in Canadian dollars and applicable GST/QST are added where required.

Additional charges may apply when the service materially differs from the original booking, including extra stops, extended

waiting time, route changes, excessive cleaning, parking, tolls, special equipment, or service extensions requested by the

customer.

4. Payment

Payment terms are those shown on the quote, booking confirmation, invoice, or payment page. We may require full or

partial payment in advance to secure a reservation.

Customers authorize us and our payment processors to charge the agreed amount and any properly disclosed additional

charges resulting from changes or services requested during the trip.

5. Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation and change conditions may vary by booking type, vehicle, route, event, or group size. The cancellation terms

provided with the quote or reservation confirmation form part of these Terms.

If no specific cancellation terms were provided, please contact us as soon as possible. We will apply a reasonable

cancellation charge based on the notice given, vehicle commitment, driver scheduling, and costs already incurred, subject

to applicable Quebec law.

For airport pickups, customers should provide accurate airline and flight information. When flight information is provided,

we may monitor the scheduled arrival and adjust the pickup time when reasonably possible.

Flight monitoring does not guarantee that every delay, gate change, diversion, cancellation, or rebooking will be detected.

Customers should notify us of material itinerary changes as soon as possible.

7. Waiting Time and No-Shows

Reasonable waiting time may be included depending on the type of booking. Any complimentary waiting period will be

communicated in the quote or confirmation where applicable.

Additional waiting time may be charged after the included period. A reservation may be treated as a no-show if the

passenger cannot be located, cannot be contacted after reasonable efforts, and does not appear within the applicable

waiting period.

8. Passenger Conduct and Safety

Passengers must follow lawful safety instructions from the driver and must not engage in threatening, abusive, dangerous,

illegal, or disruptive conduct. Smoking or vaping in vehicles is prohibited unless expressly permitted by law and by us.

We may refuse or terminate service where reasonably necessary to protect passengers, drivers, vehicles, or the public.

Applicable charges may remain payable where service is interrupted because of passenger conduct.

9. Seat Belts, Children, and Car Seats

Passengers must comply with Quebec seat-belt and child-restraint requirements. Customers must tell us in advance if a

child seat or booster is required.

Where we agree to provide a child seat, availability must be confirmed in writing. Parents or guardians remain responsible

for ensuring that a child is properly secured and that the requested restraint is appropriate for the child.

10. Luggage, Ski Equipment, and Personal Property

Customers must disclose unusual, oversized, excessive, or specialized luggage and equipment before booking so that an

appropriate vehicle can be assigned. Ski equipment is accepted when confirmed for the booked vehicle.

Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. We are not responsible for items left in a vehicle except to the

extent liability cannot legally be excluded. We will make reasonable efforts to help recover found items.

11. Vehicle Assignment and Substitution

We may substitute a vehicle with another vehicle of similar or greater practical capacity or service level when reasonably

necessary because of maintenance, weather, operational needs, or availability.

Specific vehicle makes, models, colours, or trims shown on the website are illustrative unless expressly guaranteed in the

written booking confirmation.

12. Weather, Road Conditions, and Force Majeure

Travel times are estimates and may be affected by snow, storms, road closures, traffic, accidents, construction, airport

congestion, government restrictions, mechanical issues, or other events outside our reasonable control.

We are not responsible for delays or inability to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, but we will

make reasonable efforts to communicate and provide an appropriate alternative where practicable.

Our services may include Mont-Tremblant, Montreal (YUL), Ottawa (YOW), surrounding Quebec and Ontario destinations,

and other routes accepted by us.

Stops or route changes requested after confirmation may result in additional time and charges and are subject to

driver-hours, vehicle, safety, and scheduling constraints.

14. Damage and Cleaning

Customers may be responsible for the reasonable cost of repairing damage or performing extraordinary cleaning caused

by a passenger, excluding ordinary wear and tear. This may include damage to seats, doors, windows, fixtures, or interior

surfaces, and cleaning required because of spills, smoking, food, or other unusual conditions.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for service disruptions, delays, or indirect losses is limited

to losses that are legally recoverable and directly attributable to our fault. We do not exclude or limit liability where doing

so is prohibited by Quebec law.

Customers should allow sufficient travel time for flights, appointments, events, and other time-sensitive commitments,

particularly during winter conditions.

16. Website Content and Intellectual Property

Website text, branding, graphics, photographs, logos, and other content owned by us may not be copied, reproduced, or

used for commercial purposes without permission, except as permitted by law. Third-party trademarks remain the property

of their respective owners.

17. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with quotes, reservations, website use, and transportation services is handled

in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable

therein. Any mandatory consumer rights, jurisdictional rules, or remedies provided by law continue to apply.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version applicable to a reservation is generally the version in effect

when the reservation is confirmed, unless a change is required by law or is expressly agreed with the customer.
